Education

B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field

Work Experience

Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Instrumentation & Automation

Communication Skills

Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, etc.)

Technical Tools Knowledge

Proficiency with tools like AutoCAD, PLC/HMI/SCADA softwares, MS Office

Field Instruments Knowledge

Strong understanding of process instruments:

pressure, temperature, flow, level, etc.

P&ID Familiarity

Fully conversant with reading, interpreting, and updating P&ID drawings

Documentation

Experience in preparing and reviewing:

●       P&ID

●       Cause and effect

●       System architecture

●       Etc.

PLC Programming Experience

Proficient in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (Siemens/ Schneider / Rockwell)

Redundant System Experience

Hands-on experience with redundant PLC systems (hot standby, dual processor, etc.)

Control Panel Design & Testing

Experience in:

●       Designing control panels (PLC/marshalling panels)

●       Selection of panel components

●       Wiring diagrams

●       Factory Acceptance Testing

Flexibility & Availability

Willing to travel for site activities (FAT, SAT, commissioning)

Project Execution Experience

Involved in full project lifecycle: design & Engineering, Execution, FAT/SAT, commissioning.
