Requirement

Education

B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field

Work Experience

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Instrumentation & Automation field.

Communication Skills

Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, etc.)

Technical Tools Knowledge

Basic knowledge in tools like AutoCAD, PDMS, PLC/HMI/SCADA software’s, MS Office, etc

Field Instruments Knowledge

Basic knowledge in tubing & fittings and process instruments for pressure, temperature, flow, level, etc.

P&ID Familiarity

Basic knowledge in reading, interpreting, and updating P&ID drawings

Documentation

knowledge in preparing and reviewing:

·        P&ID

·        Cause and effect

·        System architecture

·        Etc.

PLC Programming Experience

Basic Knowledge in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (Siemens/ Schneider / Rockwell)

Redundant System Experience

Hands-on experience with redundant PLC systems (hot standby, dual processor, etc.)

Design & Testing

Experience in:

·        Designing of Pipe Systems or Cascade systems

·        Selection of tubing( piping) & fitting and Instruments for flow controls

·        Selection of control panel components

·        Wiring diagrams

·        Factory Acceptance Testing

Flexibility & Availability

Willing to travel for site activities (FAT, SAT, commissioning)

Project Execution Experience

Involved in full project lifecycle: design & Engineering, Construction, FAT/SAT, commissioning.
