• Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery

• Create functional specifications, workflows, and process maps

• Support implementation, testing, and post-deployment analysis

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare actionable reports

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and reporting tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Familiarity with automation, CRM/ERP, or digital transformation projects is a plus
